TPi recently developed a process for an insurance mailer, which is fully automated. The mailer generates statements, rescission notices and notices of cancellation on a daily basis, using their proprietary software systems. Data is securely transmitted to TPi overnight, and the automated processes take over from there. The insurance mailer's documents are available the very next day for Online Viewing. The statements are ready in the production queue the next morning and the mail is delivered into the USPS mail stream on a daily basis. The insurance mailer has commented that he "never thought he'd have same day Online View" of his mailed documents. Technologically speaking, it doesn't get much better than this!

Another Insurance Agent found a great marketing tool within his company. He was able to procure a list of homeowners whose insurance was due to expire. His insurance company was able to generate quotes and provide a PDF file for printing and mailing...but they were not qualified for postal discounts. Without TPi's services, he would be printing these on his desktop printer and having his receptionist fold, stuff and apply postage to the mail...at the full rate of 49 cents per piece! TPi was able to accept his PDF input files, process the data for postal discounts, and print and mail the quotes. We cut his postage rates in half. By having TPi process his mailing, he ended up paying LESS than the 49 cent postage he was applying to the mail, and never had to do any of the labor. He generated an impressive amount of new business along the way.
