Our highly-skilled programming staff gains an in-depth knowledge of your billing needs and processes and our IT systems are redundant and un-interrupted, backed up both on-site and off.

We can accept, manipulate, process and output an ever increasing range of raw file formats, some of the more common being EBCDIC, Channel Skip, Formatted/Flat Text, Delimited Text, PCL, IPDS, IBM AFP and many others. TPi can also process your Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, and XML files.

TPi works in conjunction with a number of proprietary billing software platforms, in a number of different industries, including Incode for the Municipal Utilities industry. We have also modified and branded our own proprietary billing software for customers in the Natural Gas Retailing arena.

Our staff of seasoned programmers is well versed in IBM AS400, Sequel Database, Visual Basic, and Variable Data programming just to name a few.
